Kayleigh Rattle
Kayleigh is a food and travel writer who has written for titles such as The Independent, The London Standard, National Geographic, Time Out and LoveExploring.com, along with a number of in-flight magazines and household travel brands. She's the former deputy editor of Great British Food magazine, where she travelled across the UK interviewing chefs and reviewing hotels and restaurants, and the former cruise editor at The Independent.
Kayleigh loves nothing more than eating her way around the world, now with her little boy in tow, in search of the tastiest local delicacies and unique activities. Kayleigh is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and contributed to the book The World Atlas of Street Food. Fun fact: despite loving the sea, Kayleigh used to live in land-locked Luxembourg.
