Warner Hotels golf breaks
For all keen golfers, Warner Hotels' biggest hotel, Heythrop Park* in the Cotswolds, offers an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course, as well as a driving range, dedicated golf facilities and a small pro shop.
Golf breaks can be booked for either one night with two rounds of golf included, or for two nights with three rounds of golf included. Breakfast, dinner, activities and evening entertainment options including live performances are all part of the package to ensure the perfect golf holiday no matter your skill level.
Club Warner membership
Warner Hotels has a loyalty scheme called Club Warner, giving customers the chance to earn and unlock exclusive perks, which start after just one stay. There are three tiers to the membership: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Membership categories and rewards are determined by the number of nights stayed within 18 months.
Silver membership
Silver* Membership is awarded to those who have stayed two-to-seven nights. Benefits include 5% discount on hotel spends, exclusive Silver Club offers and the latest news and updates to your inbox.
Gold membership
Benefits improve once you reach Gold* status, which is awarded after you've stayed between eight and 13 nights. You'll receive a 10% discount on hotel spends, exclusive Gold Club benefits and the latest news and updates.
Platinum membership
Once you've stayed more than 14 nights within 18 months, you'll enjoy Platinum* status. Benefits include 15% discount on hotel spends, exclusive Platinum Club benefits, entertainment Break Swap offer and the latest news.
The Club Warner program is cardless, and signing up is easy. All you need to do is fill in the form, and details about your membership tier and points will be added to your room charge card when you arrive at the hotel.
Depending on your membership tier, you can save either 5%, 10% or 15% on hotel stays. Discounts are available for use at the spa for spa treatments and beauty products, as well as purchases in the bars, coffee shops and gift shops. When you join Club Warner, the more you stay, the more you save.
FAQs
Are children or pets permitted?
No. All Warner Hotels' properties* are exclusively for adults, which means all guests must be at least 18 years old. Other than registered guide dogs, pets are strictly not permitted for the duration of your holiday. If you plan to bring a registered guide dog, please contact the Warner Hotels' team before your stay.
Does Warner Hotels cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, Warner Hotels* offers vegetarian and gluten-free options in all of its restaurants. If you have an allergy or other dietary requirement, please inform the Warner Hotels' team when making your booking or via the live chat option on the official website.
Please note that Warner Hotels is not able to provide liquidised food.
What's included with the room?
Each room features* an en-suite bathroom (towels included), a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, comfortable chairs and reading lights, hairdryer, telephone and an iron and ironing board. Some towels are provided for use in the pool and leisure areas; however, guests are also welcome to bring their own.
The dedicated Housekeeping team will refresh your room daily from the second full day of your break. Please note that they will not service your room the day after you arrive, so that you have enough time and space to settle in. If you don't want your room to be serviced on any day, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb/Service' notice outside your door.
What time is check-in & check-out?
The standard check-in time is 3pm, however, you can pay to check in from 12pm for just £30 a room. On the day of your departure, you'll need to check-out at 10am, however, a later check-out time* of 12pm can be arranged for just £25 per room.

Yes, you can purchase a digital gift card that can be redeemed against Warner Hotels stays and day experiences within 12 months from purchase.
This means that your friend, loved one or family member can redeem their gift voucher* on new bookings, or they can opt to spend it on the VIP Experience, Wine & Dine and Afternoon Tea packages or spa experiences to make their stay extra special. Guests also have the opportunity to spend their balance on on-site hotel purchases such as food, drinks and activities.
