FAQs
What time can I check in?
You can check in to your Malmaison hotel* anytime after 3 pm. Check-out is by 11 am on the day of departure. If you'd like to check in earlier or check out later, please contact your hotel directly in advance and the team will do its best to accommodate. Usually, it's not a problem but sometimes the option isn't always available.
Can I request an extra bed or cot?
You can book extra beds in advance with Malmaison* for an additional cost of £30. This must be done before arrival. Please note that not all room types can accommodate extra beds so you may need to upgrade to a larger room if that's the case. Cots are supplied free of charge.
Are pets welcome at Malmaison?
Yes, you can bring your well-behaved dog to stay with you at Malmaison for an extra charge. Please make sure to add a notification during your booking process if you'd like to bring your pet. For more information, please refer to Malmaison's dog policy*.
