About ibis

ibis hotels is a French company and part of the umbrella group, Accor. In fact, ibis was the second brand to be created by what is known today as Accor Live Limitless (ALL) in 1974.

It was originally seen as the budget version of Novotel but has since evolved into its own niche with three different types of hotels - ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget - offering something for every traveller.

Why stay with ibis?

You will find ibis hotels* offering a whopping 155,000 rooms across 67 countries. Whichever ibis hotel you book, you can look forward to speedy online check-in, sleeping on ibis's specially-created SweetBed, making the most of free wifi and relaxing in one of the social hubs, which comes complete with a mix of sofas, tables and desks for remote working and cafés or bars.

ibis

Every stay at classic ibis* hotel is all about comfort. There's a big focus on getting the perfect night's sleep as you'll enjoy drifting off atop ibis's bespoke SweetBed, specially designed with a luxurious mattress topper and finished with super soft fluffy pillows.

You'll also benefit from the 24-hour reception and the chance to sample hot food and alcoholic drinks any time of the day or night. What's more, if you need to leave in a hurry or just fancy a lie-in, breakfast is served from 4 am to midday.

Keep an ear open for ibis MUSIC. This theme is carried across ibis hotels with everything from live gigs and events to 'music corners' where guests can strum on instruments and play together.

The red stamp of ibis hotels can be seen in convenient locations such as in city centres and close to airports, predominantly across Europe but also in the US, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Africa.
