About Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris* has been delighting visitors for over 30 years. Located a little more than 20 miles outside of Paris at Marne-la-Vallée, Disneyland Paris is huge with two separate parks:

Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, as well as an IMAX, Disney Village, theatres, golf courses, and almost 80 restaurants and bars.

It's impossible to see everything in a day, so either carefully cherry-pick what you want to see when planning your Disneyland Paris tickets or book a longer holiday to enjoy the full experience. If you have smaller children, it's recommended you plan your visit over two days or more to spread out the fun and accommodate any energy dips.

Rides & attractions

At Disneyland Paris, there are almost 50 attractions to cover every age and interest, from classic carousels and the iconic "It's a Small World*" water ride to high speed rollercoasters if you need an adrenaline fix.

What's more, children (and grown-ups) will love spotting their favourite characters on some of the top attractions, be it the Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast*, Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure* or Avengers Assemble: Flight Force*.

Activities & entertainment

You may not necessarily think of swimming, playing tennis or taking pony rides when buying your Disneyland Paris tickets for 2026/2027; however, there are some great activities on offer at Disney parks and hotels for all the family to enjoy.

What's more, the park serves up a regular programme of world-famous Disney shows and entertainment with live characters and jaw-dropping special effects, all included as part of your Disney ticket. Once inside the park, you can take a trip to the cinema, ride in a hot air balloon and marvel at the nightly fireworks extravaganza at closing time.

There's also Disney Village*, the bustling entertainment district located slap bang in between the Disney parks. Here, you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, a giant balloon and the cinema.

And let's not forget the many tours and excursions on offer, including hop-on/hop-off Paris trips covering the city's main attractions and organised visits to iconic museums and nearby chateaus and artist villages. At Disneyland Paris, there's never a dull moment.

Top tips for visiting with kids

Unsurprisingly, children are the main focus at Disneyland Paris, and every effort has gone into making the experience the most extraordinary dream come true. Watch their faces light up as they take on spell-binding attractions, in between making friends with their favourite Disney characters and familiar faces found throughout the parks.

Catering to families is of great importance, which is why all Disneyland Paris tickets include fantastic services and facilities to make your visit as carefree as possible, such as:

  • pushchair & wheelchair rental
  • changing tables at all conveniences
  • Baby Care Centres (for food preparation, feeding and changing)
  • children's menus at all restaurants
  • high chairs & bottle warmers at all Disney restaurants
  • inclusive breastfeeding policy
  • indoor/outdoor play areas in Disney parks & most Disney hotels
  • children's corners with activities on certain days at Disney hotels
  • free cots & bottle warmers at all Disney hotels
  • meeting points for lost children
  • first aid centres

At Disneyland Paris, there are attractions to suit every age group, with any restrictions listed online or beside each attraction. Plus, there's no need for parents to queue when taking turns on rides not suitable for babies. Rider Switch is designed to allow each parent a turn on the attraction without having to wait in line a second time, a great addition to ets for parents with young children.

And with special children's rates at Disney hotels and Disney parks, families with young children can access one of Europe's most magical destinations in 2026/2027 for less. Don't forget to check out our deals and discount codes section to see if there are any other travel offers on car hire, flights or hotels that could help you get there for less.

Meal plans

Visitors staying at Disney Hotels* can take advantage of simplified meal times thanks to the Disneyland Paris meal plans*, which makes refuelling in-between attractions so much easier.

If you're booking meal plans, you'll need to do so for every member of the party for the full duration of your stay. They can be purchased with hotel and park packages or added to an existing hotel and park booking at a later date.

Guests opting in for a meal plan can choose between one, two or all three meals a day, and vouchers can be used at the park's table-service restaurants, all-you-can-eat buffets and quick service restaurants. Vouchers can either be used physically or via the Disneyland Paris mobile app, which also lets you keep track of your vouchers.

Meal plans can be enjoyed alongside Disney Character Dining* experiences when booking Premium meal plans or Extra Plus meal plans. If you book a Plus or Standard meal plan, you'll need to pay a supplement to dine with Disney characters while using your voucher.

Ticket types & packages available

When deciding which Disneyland Paris tickets to book for your visit in 2026/2027, there are a few different options available and the best one depends on your situation.

If you're simply visiting for the day, or you're planning a multi-day trip, but you've already sorted your accommodation, you'll want to check out the park tickets. However, if you're staying a little longer and you'd like to include accommodation, the latest Disneyland Paris holiday package deals will pique your interest. Planning to visit a few times this year? Annual passports often prove more cost-effective.

Park tickets

If you're planning to visit Disneyland Paris but don't need accommodation, you'll need to buy your tickets in advance since tickets can't be purchased at the park entrances.

You can choose between dated tickets for one-to-four days, which work out slightly cheaper, or one-day undated tickets that are valid for a year if you'd like more flexibility. Both ticket types can be booked for one or two parks. There's also the option of including tickets for the express shuttle from Paris.

And if you'd like to upgrade your experience further, you can choose to purchase special extras such as reserved viewing areas to get the best view of the Disney stars on parade, fast-lane access to reduce your queue time on selected attractions and guaranteed access to indoor stage shows for peace of mind.

  • Browse our Disneyland Paris discount codes & deals - scroll the page to find the best promotional offers on a variety of ticket types before you book to save money
  • Consider a hotel & ticket package - if you plan to stay at a Disney Hotel, always consider booking a hotel & ticket package as opposed to making separate bookings, as it usually works out cheaper (and more convenient)
  • Book via the Disneyland Paris website - head over to the official Disneyland Paris website* & you'll generally see the best prices, particularly for hotel & ticket packages that also come with a lowest-price guarantee
  • Look out for reward programs - save money next time by earning points that can be redeemed on future bookings; the MagicStars Loyalty Program from MagicBreaks, for example, credits your account with each trip

  • Choose a dated park ticket - if you know when you're going to visit the park, opt for a dated ticket (as opposed to an undated ticket) for cheaper entry; you can still cancel up to three days before visiting
  • Visit during off-peak times - if you're flexible, avoid visiting the parks on weekends and during holidays, when tickets are more expensive; January is usually the quietest & cheapest month

FAQS

How long are queues for attractions?

Some attractions have longer wait times, but they're usually manageable; even for smaller children. Helpfully, the official Disneyland Paris app* lists all the live wait times for every attraction so you can plan your route effectively on the day.

When's the best time to visit Disneyland Paris?

Disneyland Paris* is great all year round. In case of bad weather, there are many covered passages and indoor attractions. Plus, different events take place each season from spooky shows and themed entertainment on Halloween to dazzling winter wonderland scenes for Christmas and New Year. Worth noting, however, that January is the quietest and cheapest month.

Is two days long enough to visit Disneyland Paris?

The official Disneyland Paris website* recommends three full days to get the most out of the parks. This includes two days for Disneyland Park and one day for Walt Disney Studios Park. Giving yourself more time also means you'll have more chances to fully enjoy the many attractions, restaurants, shows, parades and live entertainment on offer.

Is Disneyland Paris suitable for those with disabilities?

Yes, Disneyland Paris is suitable for those with disabilities. As well as special-rate Disney Park tickets*, it offers anyone with official proof of disability a Priority Card for attractions, shows, theatres, parades and meetings with characters.

It also offers an Easy Access card if you have a recognised long-term chronic disease, allowing you to request a timeslot to come back and ride various attractions.

What is the cheapest way to visit Disneyland Paris from the UK?

Generally, the cheapest way to visit Disneyland Paris is to jump on the Eurostar at London St Pancras station, which takes you to Disneyland Paris or central Paris in under three hours.

Another perk of using the Eurostar to get to Disneyland Paris is that children under the age of four travel for free when sitting on an adult's lap during the journey. Booking in advance is the best way to secure the best prices on tickets.
