Who will my host be?

Once you've booked your City Unscripted experience^* and completed the questionnaire, the City Unscripted team's Experience Planners will review your preferences and personally match you with the most appropriate host for your experience.

A few days before your experience, you'll receive an email introducing your host along with their contact details so that you can discuss any details directly with them before your experience.

Will transportation be provided?

City Unscripted generally specialises in walking experiences^* as it believes that's the best way to see and discover a city. Therefore, no transportation is provided unless it is explicitly stated so on the experience page.

You're welcome to take as many stops as necessary during your experience. Sometimes when walking distances are longer, some guests opt to hop into a taxi or use public transportation.

Can I book an additional experience with the host?

Yes! Many of City Unscripted's guests love to rebook with their favourite hosts. If you're interested in booking another experience with the same host, please email^* City Unscripted and the team will check the host's availability.

If you'd like to extend your time with your host during the experience, simply ask for your host's availability and continue with the extended tour if it's possible.
