Does Holidu offer long-term rentals?

Holidu* does not typically offer long-term rentals, as most of the booking platforms that Holidu partners with tend to have a maximum length of stay. This is usually up to 61 days, but some booking platforms, such as Airbnb and Vrbo, have much lower limits (up to 28 days and 31 days, respectively).

What is the cancellation policy?

Each booking platform that Holidu* partners with has a different cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your booking, you'll need to check the host's specific cancellation policy, which is shown before you book.

Cancellation policies can range from Flexible (where you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before check-in) to Strict (where only partial or no refunds are offered).

To confirm which category your booking sits under, check your booking confirmation or look under 'My Trips' or 'My Bookings' on the website of the platform you booked with.

What time can I check-in/check-out?

Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the booking platform, but you can easily find the times by referring to your Holidu booking confirmation, which you'll receive after making your booking.

Alternatively, you can view the check-in and check-out times by logging in to your account on the Holidu website* and going to the 'Bookings' section. Whichever way you check, you'll be able to view your exact address and key collection instructions there, too.
