Alps2Alps FAQs
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking by emailing Alps2Alps' customer service team* up to three days before your transfer date.
The company collects a 20% administration fee. If you cancel your booking later than three days before, higher charges of up to 100% of the booking cost may apply.
Suppliers may also charge cancellation or amendment charges as stated in their booking conditions.
What happens in the case of bad weather?
All cars are equipped for driving in winter conditions and drivers are specially trained in mountain driving and how to drive in bad road conditions.
If extremely bad road conditions are expected, the Alps2Alps team* will contact you to reschedule your pick-up time from the resort. Otherwise, all transfers will go ahead with significant delays likely.
Do I need travel insurance?
It's strongly advised to take out travel insurance after booking your trip to protect you in the case of any unforeseen emergencies. Alps2Alps* does not currently provide travel insurance as a service.
