TUI to offer Covid PCR tests from £20

Holiday giant TUI^* has announced a new partnership with government-authorised test provider Chronomics in a bid to make testing more affordable for all holidaymakers travelling to 'green' and 'amber'-listed destinations.

TUI has created a range of four testing packages starting from £20^* including delivery and the cost of returning the tests. The four packages include the following:

Green	£20	1 x pre-departure Lateral Flow Test and 1 x inbound PCR test for day two
Green+	£60	1 x outbound PCR test with courier costs 7 days a week included, 1 x pre-departure Lateral Flow Test and 1 x inbound PCR test for day two
Amber	£50	1 x pre-departure Lateral Flow Test and 2 x inbound PCR tests for day two and day eight
Amber+	£90	1 x outbound PCR test with courier costs 7 days a week included, 1 x pre-departure Lateral Flow Test and 2 x inbound PCR tests for day two 2 and day eight

Speaking of the new testing packages, Andrew Flintham, Managing Director of TUI UK & Ireland said: "We have always believed that cost-effective testing solutions, as well as maximum flexibility, will make travel a possibility this summer and beyond.

"The four new exclusive testing packages have been developed with our customers in mind; they're offered at greatly reduced prices, include certification to travel and will be a simple process from start to finish.

"Also, should testing requirements change between purchase and travel, for example if an amber package is purchased and the destination moves onto the green list, we'll simply refund the difference."

These test packages^* will be available to book from Monday 10 May 2021.

In addition, TUI's free Covid-19 Cover^* offers protection on all package holidays booked between 17 May and 31 August 2021, allowing holidaymakers to make changes for free up to 14 days before departure.
